General Conditions - Groups
The below are general conditions for groups and agencies
A. Rates
Apply for groups from 10 rooms and up
B. Complimentary Policy
Will be confirmed according to agreement
C. Deposit Policy
o All groups
- until 30 days prior to arrival - 50% of the total amount.
- until 14- 7 days prior to arrival - 25% of the total amount.
- until 7 days prior to arrival - 25% of the total amount.
A. Cancellation Fees
o Cancellation Fees - based on agreement and the booked hotel
o General cancellation policy
- 30 – 21 days prior to arrival – 25 % of the total amount.
- 21 – 14 days prior to arrival – 50 % of the total amount.
- 14 – 10 days prior to arrival – 75 % of the total amount.
- 10 – 07 days prior to arrival – 90 % of the total amount.
- From 7 days prior to arrival – 100 % of the total amount.
B. Roominglist and meal arrangements
Should be available 7 days prior to arrival at the latest.

General Conditions - Individuals The below are general conditions for individuals or groups below 10 rooms:
A. Rates
Prices are per person and per night and include municipal tax, VAT and breakfast. For further information see the notices below the price table of each hotel. Prices are net for travel agents.
B. Payment
o Payment
- Eurocard / Mastercard, Visa, American Express
- 100% prepayment will be requested unless agreed differently
- All payments will be by bank transfer or credit card upon agreement
C. Cancellation Policy
Until 48 hours before arrival no cancellation charges, less than 48 hours we charge 100% of the first night. All bookings, alterations and cancellation are subject to written confirmation.
