The menu, described by owner and chef Josep Quintana as "Mediterranean," displays the knowledge of French and German cooking he acquired while working in Switzerland. Specialties include rice dishes -- in particular, paella. Rice with rape (monkfish) and artichokes is excellent, as is rice with king prawns. Fish from the Mediterranean and the Atlantic feature heavily on the menu. Señor Quintana also makes delicious foie gras. Wine buffs should note that there are some 25,000 quality bottles in his cellar. The restaurant is centrally located in the Barrio Ruzafa.
