- Quotation established subject to availability after your confirmation.
- For stay in Victoria Falls - Zimbabwe visa issued locally or before departure: 30 USD single entry, 45 USD double entry. Consult your nearest Zimbabwean consulate for details.
- For stay in Livingstone - Zambia visa issued locally: 50 USD single entry, 80 USD double entry, excluding USA citizens (135 USD) and UK citizens (140 - 442 USD). Consult your nearest Zambian consulate for details.
- Livingstone - Zambia departure tax: 25 USD payable in cash at the airport prior to departure.
- In the event of a stay in Victoria Falls and departure from Livingstone - Zambia transit visa issued locally: 50 USD.
- Certain providers in Zimbabwe (such as the African Sun and Rainbow Hotels chains) do not accept MasterCard.
- Standard practice: Check In from 14:00; Check Out before 11:00
- Private Game Reserves: Check In before lunch; Check Out after breakfast. IMPORTANT: Fully Inclusive packages include 3 meals per day. Our programmes systematically indicate Lunch, Dinner and Breakfast. In practice, Lunch may be replaced by a High Tea and Breakfast by Brunch, depending on the Private Game Reserve and the season, according to what meal best complements the timing of the morning and afternoon game drives.
PLEASE NOTE:
That with immediate effect, anyone travelling to South Africa must have two consecutive blank pages in their passport, which lie side by side when the passport is open (i.e. left and a right hand page). Passports must also be valid for at least six months. Passengers travelling to South Africa with passports, which do not comply with these requirements, will either be stopped from boarding the aircraft or risk deportation on arrival in South Africa. In addition, a parent travelling with children, WITHOUT the other parent, will need a letter of consent from the absent parent. The police must certify the letter of consent.

The airport departure tax of 30 USD (for international flights) or 5 USD (for domestic flights) applicable for Air Zimbabwe flights are not included in our rates and must be paid in cash and US dollars only by the passenger(s) upon departure from VFA.
- Unless otherwise indicated, rates are not valid for Christmas, New Year or Chinese New Year. Applicable supplements are available on request.
- Our rates do not include personal extras and expenses, gratuities, or insurance for repatriation assistance, luggage or cancellation.
- When included (refer Itinerary), rates for flights are valid only in the class specified and subject to availability.

Cost is based on a minimum of … paying guests travelling. A reduction in guests would result in a re-cost of the itinerary.

Liberty Southern Africa accepts no responsibility for the progress of the confirmed services in the case of non-compliance to the following conditions of payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Following your confirmation of the file, cancellation will result in the invoicing of cancellation fees according to the following schedule. Please note that we have no choice but to be very strict in the application of this clause.
