Liberty international is a destination management group of companies who provides travel and professional and technical services to Fit’s, Tailor made Fit’s traffic, groups, incentives events and conferences, adventure tours , outdoor management training groups, and team building groups.

Management Team

The Company Liberty International based in South Africa is directed by Marie-Jo MESTRES (General Manager).

With both Tourism and Languages Diplomas in hand, Marie-Jo began her career in Monte Carlo dealing with and looking after prestigious customers such as the Prince Rainier family, the Philharmonic Orchestra of Monaco, and World acclaimed Chef Alain DUCASSE. Marie-Jo then moved to Paris the city of lights where she became a Branch Manager of a travel agency group.

Her passion for travel and Africa lead her to Johannesburg in 1994 just in time to witness the first free elections.

After starting a D.M.C. agency with her partner, she decided to fly solo and has opened her own travel agency ... The travel bug bit again and she soon moved to Namibia where she was in charge of Operations / Incentives before returning to her country of adoption, South Africa where she joined the “LIBERTY team”.
