TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The below are general conditions for MICE requests:  

A. Rates

     For groups from 10 rooms and up.  

B. Complimentary Policy

     Confirmed according to the agreement and type/size of the group.

C. Deposit Policy

• All groups
  • until 30 days prior to arrival: 50 % of the total amount
  • until 14 – 7 days prior to arrival: 25% of the total amount
  • until 7 days prior to arrival: 25% of the total amount

      Should above deadlines not to be adhered and respected, Liberty International Portugal has the right to release the space/booking automatically.

      No deposits are returned in case of cancellation/no show.

D. Cancellation Fees 

• Cancellation fees – based on the services agreement and the booked hotel
• General cancellation policy
  • from 30 – 22 days prior to arrival: 25% of the total amount
  • from 21 – 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total amount                                   
  • from 14 – 11 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total amount                                   
  • from 10 days prior to the arrival to the arrival date days prior to arrival: 100% of the total amount

E. Roominglist and meal arrangements

       Should be sent by the client at least 7 days prior to arrival of the group.
