The below are general conditions for groups and agencies

Apply for groups from 10 rooms and up

Deposit Policy
- All groups
- until 30 days prior to arrival - 50% of the total amount.
- until 14- 7 days prior to arrival - 25% of the total amount.
- until 7 days prior to arrival - 25% of the total amount.
Should above deadlines not to be adhered to, the Liberty International Poland has the right to release space automatically.

Cancellation Fees
- Cancellation Fees - based on agreement and the booked hotel
- General cancellation policy
- 30 – 21 days prior to arrival – 25 % of the total amount.
- 21 – 14 days prior to arrival – 50 % of the total amount.
- 14 – 10 days prior to arrival – 75 % of the total amount.
- 10 – 07 days prior to arrival – 90 % of the total amount.
- From 7 days prior to arrival – 100 % of the total amount.
- Roominglist and meal arrangements
- Should be available 7 days prior to arrival at the latest.
Individuals
General Conditions - Individuals The below are general conditions for individuals or groups below 10 rooms:
- Cancellation Policy
- Until 48 hours before arrival no cancellation charges, less than 48 hours we charge 100% of the first night. All bookings, alterations and cancellation are subject to written confirmation. In the case of "Force Majeure" the Liberty International Poland office reserves the right to withdraw from any commitment. No valid claim for damages can be made in this case.
