Groups and Agencies

A.        Rates

• Apply for groups of 10 rooms or more. All rates include taxes and service fees             

B.         Complimentary Policy

• Complimentary or free of charge for tour leader is based on 20+ paid rooms or negotiated per contract 

C.         Deposit and Payment Policy

• All groups require deposit at time of confirmation of services
• All groups must be paid in full prior to arrival
• Deposit and payment schedule is based on supplier terms and conditions, location, season and group size

D.         Cancellation Fees

• Cancellation fee is based on supplier terms and conditions, location, season and group size and specific group contract

E.          Rooming list and meal arrangements

• Rooming list and last minute changes are based on supplier terms and conditions

Individuals and Groups below 10 rooms

A.        Rates

• Prices are per room per night including local taxes. A per person fee will apply based on net or commissionable rates.

B.         Payment

• All bookings must be prepaid
• All payments by bank transfer and subject to bank wire transfer fee

C.         Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation fee is based on supplier terms and conditions, location and season
