As a member of a well-known hosting dynasty, we run the restaurant together with my son. My grandfather József Papp has been the owner of the Gödör-Halásztanya in Kispest, while my father Endre Papp has been the chief of Mathias Cellar both in Budapest and in Vienna. Even today, our Guests will find on our Menu card the dishes that have been made upon old family recipes, for instance the fish soup, the filleted carp meals, or the cold raspberry strudels.
