This tour gives you an opportunity to observe the striking contrasts that make Athens such a fascinating city.
Our expert guides take you to see the center of the city, Constitution Square (Syntagma), the House of Parliament, the Memorial to the Unknown Soldier and the National Library. Driving down Herod Atticus street, you will see the Evzones in their picturesque uniform and the Presidential Palace.
On your way to the Acropolis you will see the Hadrian's Arch, visit the Temple of Olympian Zeus and you will make a short stop at the Panathenaic Stadium where the first Olympic Games of the modern era were held in 1896.
On the Acropolis visit the architectural masterpieces of the Golden Age of Athens: the Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion and finally «the harmony between material and spirit», the monument that «puts order in the mind», the Parthenon.

Your evening will start with a ride to the port of Piraeus, passing by the Port of Zeas (special port for private yachts), and a short stop to the famous Mikrolimano where you will enjoy a drink of ouzo with Greek appetizers. Drive along the coastal road, past the wonderful beaches of Glyfada, Vouliagmeni and Varkiza, to the most Southern point of Attica, Cape Sounion, where the white | marble pillars of the Temple of Poseidon stand. on the way, you have a splendid view of the Saronic Gulf and the little islands offshore. After visiting the Temple of Poseidon, you have time to walk at leisure on the rocky promontory of Sounion.

Drive through the fertile plain of Beotia, crossing the towns of Thebes connected with the tragedy j of King Oedipus - Levadia and Arachova (short stop on the way back). Arrive at Delphi, the center of Ancient World - the «Omphalos» (Navel of Earth) - whose prestige extended far beyond the boundaries of the Hellenic World. on the slopes of Mount Parnassus, in a landscape of unparalleled beauty and majesty, lie the ruins of the Sanctuary of Apollo Pythios. Visit the Treasury of the Athenians, the Temple of Apollo and the Museum containing such masterpieces of Ancient Greek sculpture as the bronze Charioteer and the famous athlete Aghias. Lunch in the modern village of Delphi, return to Athens by the same route.

Leave by the coastal road along the Saronic Gulf to the Corinth Canal, which connects the Aegean Sea with the Ionian Sea, (short stop). Drive to Mycenae, the Homeric city of Atreides -the city «rich in gold» of the ancient poets. Visit the Lion's Gate, the Cyclopean Walls, the Royal Tombs e.t.c. Depart for Nauplion through the fertile plain of Argolis, the picturesque town nestling at the foot of a cliff crowned by the mighty ramparts of the Palamidi Fortress. Afternoon, leave for Epidauros to visit the Theatre (4th century B.C.) famous for its astonishing acoustics. Return to Athens by the National road connecting Epidauros with Corinth. Lunch in Mycenae or in Nauplion.

Prehistory, the Classical period, Roman domination, the Byzantine Empire, the Crusades and Modern times: Greece through the centuries will unfold before you on this three-day tour.
1st Day: Leave by the coastal road to the Corinth Canal (short stop). Drive on and visit the Theatre of Epidauros famous for its remarkable acoustics. Then proceed to the town of Nauplion (short stop) drive on to Mycenae and visit the Archaeological Site and the Tomb of Agamemnon. Then depart for Olympia through Central Peloponnese and the Towns of Tripolis and Megalopolis. Overnight in Olympia, the Cradle of the Olympic Games. (Dinner)
2nd Day: In the morning visit the Archaeological Site with the Sanctuary of Olympian Zeus, the Ancient Stadium and the Archaeological Museum. Then drive on through the plains of Eliad and Achaia until the magnificent bridge which is crossing the Corinthian Bay from Rion to Antirion. Pass by the picturesque Towns of Nafpactos (Lepanto) and Itea, arrive in Delphi. Overnight. (Dinner)
3rd Day: In the morning visit the Archaeological Site and the Museum. Then drive through the village of Arachova, renowned for its colorful rugs and carpets. Return to Athens via Levadia and Thebes. Arrive in Athens early in the evening.


Northern Greece five days:

This tour provides you with an ideal opportunity to explore Macedonia, the Land of Alexander the Great, make a unique journey through 7.000 years of Greek History and meet parts of a Countryside you will always remember.
1st Day: Drive through the fertile plain of Beotia region, pass by the towns of Thebes, Levadia and via the picturesque village of Arachova, arrive in Delphi. Visit the Archaelogical Site and the Museum. Depart for Kalambaka, a small town situated at the foot of astonishing complex of Meteora, gigantic rocks. Overnight. (Dinner)
2nd Day: Visit Meteora, among striking scenery, perched on top of huge rocks which seem to be suspended in mid-air, stand ageless Monasteries, where you can see exquisite speciments of Byzantine art. Depart from Kalambaka, drive through Trikala and Larissa, arrive and visit the Archaeological Site of Dion. Admire also from here the gigantic figure of Mount Olympus, the highest mountain in Greece and home of the 12 Gods (Greek Mythology) after the visit depart for the town of Naoussa. Overnight. 3rd Day: Depart in the morning for the town of Kastoria, the Greek center of the fur industry and also famous for its beautiful Lake. A Prehistoric Lake. Settlement 7.000 years old, was discovered here and you will admire the rare findings in the tiny local Museum together with the recreation of the Old Settlement. After the visit of Kastoria continue driving and arrive in the picturesque town of Edessa. Here you can seat next to the town's famous Landmark, the Waterfall and enjoy a drink or a cup of coffee. Return to Naoussa for dinner and overnight.
4th Day: Leave in the morning for Pella, the Ancient Capital of the Kingdom of Macedonia. Visit the Site. After the visit, depart for Thessalonica the second largest City in Greece. Visit the City and the Archaeological Museum. Return to Naoussa for dinner and overnight.
5th Day: Depart from Naoussa in the morning and since the area is famous for the production of some of the finest wines in Greece, we shall make a very interesting visit to the local «BOUTARI» winery. After the visit we shall drive to Vergina. Visit the very important Museum with all the astonishing and priceless findings belonging to the Macedonian civilization which recent excavations brought to light. Here we shall also view the remains of King Phillip's (father of Alexander the Great) Palace. After the visit we shall start driving South and through the Valley of Tempi, Lamia, Thermopylae (visit the Leonida's Monument) and Kammena Vourla, arrive in Athens late in the afternoon.

Transfer from your hotel to the Flisvos Marina for embarkation. Sail to the most colorful Saronic Islands of Aegina, Poros & Hydra and don’t miss the chance to join the optional Aphea Temple tour. Lunch on board while you watch the Greek show with live orchestra. Return transfer to your hotel.

Upon arrival to Piraeus you will receive a warm welcome from our Officers and Hostesses who will assist you with boarding one of our luxurious cruise ships and invite you to proceed either to the Main Lounge, where our live orchestra has already started putting you in the right mood with its international music repertoire, or to one of the spacious open decks where you can enjoy the fascinating view as the ship leaves the port. The comedian Zano will entertain you throughout the day with his imaginative surprises!! The traditional folk group will entertain you with folk dances from the main regions of Greece.
The order in which we shall visit the islands is either Poros – Hydra – Aegina or Aegina – Poros – Hydra which does not change the duration of stay on any of the islands.
