TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PAYMENT POLICY
Individual clients (less than 10 persons)
At the time of registration a deposit of 30% of the total amount of travel is required.
The balance is due 30 days before departure date.
Registrations are accepted until 30 days before departure.
We also accept enrolments less than 30 days before departure, but full prepayment (100%) of the price is required.
Groups (more than 10 persons)
At the time of registration a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required.
Registrations are accepted until 40 days before departure date.
The balance is due 40 days before departure date.
We also accept enrolments less than 40 days before departure, but a full payment of 100% of the total amount due is required.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation fees are as follows:
Individual clients (less than 10 persons)

Cancellations received between 30 to 16 days before the date of the trip will be charged with cancellation fee of 30% of the total price for the package booked.

Cancellations received between 15 to 7 days before the date of the trip will be charged with cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount for the package booked.

Cancellations received between 7 - 0 days before the date of the trip will be charged with cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount of the package booked.
Groups (more than 10 persons)

Cancellations received between 40 to 30 days before the date of the trip will be charged with cancellation fee of 30% of the total price for the package booked.

Cancellations received between 30 to 14 days before the date of the trip will be charged with cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount for the package booked.

Cancellations received between 14 - 0 days before the date of the trip will be charged with cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount of the package booked.
If the tours do not reach the minimum expected number of tourists Alexander Tour may cancel the trip. The clients will be notified at latest 30 days prior to scheduled departure date. Customers enrolled will only have the right to receive a full refund of the amount paid by them so far or to realize the trip at another price or date. The customers enrolled have no right to demand for other compensations. Also, Alexander Tour can cancel the trip due to force majeure.
REFUND
Any tax for service that the client did not use by his fault is non-refundable.
Non-refundable are also services which had been used by the customer but subsequently evaluated as not good enough. In case of receiving services which the customer evaluates as unsatisfactory the customer must notify the guide or the representative of the agency immediately. If a difference between offered and received services is recorded in a protocol and the agency cannot solve the problem on spot, then the customer must submit a written complaint within 7 days after the final date of services in order to claim for compensation.
