Tallinn
Old town Tour-Tallinn
The winding, cobbled streets of the medieval capital take one past half-hidden lanes, courtyards, spired churches and old, merchant houses. For centuries, what‘s now the Old Town has been divided into two distinct parts: Toompea Hill, which was home to the gentry that lorded over the countryside, and Lower Town, which was a separate political entity with rights as an autonomous town.

Theatralized tour
Our guests are able to see a wide variety of medieval defensive architecture built during the 14th century including embrasures, deep and narrow stairs, gun powder cellars and living quarters. Johan Supher introduces the guests to other historical inhabitants of the wall including a medieval nun who healed the wounded, a man jailed for having too many wives, a purse thief and tower watchmen. Hear their true stories and learn about medieval life. The tour allows guests to see fighting scenes and other surprises along the walls.
