General conditions for groups and agencies:

1.       Rates

Apply for groups from 10 rooms and up

2.       Complimentary Policy

Are negotiated case-by-case, usually hotels grant 01 TC free of charge for each 15 paid rooms (no complimentary during New Year, Christmas, Dakar & Carnival)

3.       Deposit Policy

Is informed case-by-case, we will negotiate best possible deadlines with suppliers. During New Year, Christmas, Dakar and Carnival, full payment is due when confirming the reservation.

4.      Cancellation Fees

Is negotiated case-by-case.

General Conditions for individuals or groups below 10 rooms:

1.      Rates

Prices are per person and per night and include municipal tax and breakfast. For further information see the notices below the price table of each hotel. Prices are net for tour operators.

2.      Payment

·         100% prepayment will be requested unless agreed diferently

·         All payments will be by bank transfer upon agreement

.         Full, non-refundable, payment is due during New Year, Christmas, Dakar and Carnival. Payment is due when reservation is confirmed.

3.      Cancellation Policy

Until 48 hours before arrival no cancellation charges (except New Year, Christmas, Dakar and Carnival), less than 48 hours we charge 01 full night no-show. All bookings, alterations and cancellation are subject to written confirmation.
